Elden Ring Rare Weapons Guide: How to Get the Celebrant's Rib-Rake and Celebrant's Sickle

Finding ultra-rare weapons in Elden Ring is a badge of honor for many Tarnished. Among the most elusive armaments are the Celebrant's Rib-Rake and Celebrant's Sickle, both of which drop from a specific group of enemies with incredibly low drop rates. If you're hunting for these weapons to complete your collection or just want a unique challenge, this guide breaks down everything you need to know.

What Are the Celebrant Weapons?

The Celebrant's Rib-Rake is a spiked pitchfork-style weapon with modest Strength scaling and a unique moveset, while the Celebrant's Sickle is a curved dagger with bleed buildup, ideal for Dexterity-based or bleed-focused builds. Both are incredibly rare and can be farmed from specific enemies in a single location — the infamous Windmill Village.

Where to Farm: Windmill Village in Altus Plateau

Both weapons are dropped by Celebrant enemies in Dominula, Windmill Village, located in the Altus Plateau. This village is populated by frenzied dancers and masked cultists, including a few specific types that wield the Rib-Rake and Sickle.

To access the area:

  1. Reach Altus Plateau via the Grand Lift of Dectus or the Ruin-Strewn Precipice.

  2. Head north to the Windmill Village, found west of the East Windmill Pasture Site of Grace.

  3. Activate the Windmill Village Site of Grace near the top of the hill — it’s your primary checkpoint for repeated farming runs.

Which Enemies Drop the Weapons?

  • The Celebrant's Rib-Rake is dropped by the large, shirtless Celebrants carrying a pitchfork-like weapon. They're often found near the middle of the village, dancing or patrolling.

  • The Celebrant's Sickle is dropped by the robed Celebrants with sickle-shaped blades. They're less common, so spotting them requires some patience and a keen eye.

Be warned — both drops have extremely low rates, estimated at around 0.5%–1%, making this a test of endurance and luck.

How to Optimize Your Farming

To make the grind for the Celebrant's Rib-Rake and Celebrant's Sickle more efficient, use the following tips:

  • Equip Item Discovery Gear: Wearing the Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot, Silver Scarab Talisman, or the Silver Tear Mask will boost your item discovery significantly.

  • Increase Arcane Stat: Your character’s Arcane stat directly affects item drop rates. Consider respeccing with Rennala to increase Arcane if you're focused on farming.

  • Use a Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot before each run to boost Runes — helpful since you'll be defeating many enemies regardless of drops.

  • Clear, Reset, Repeat: Start at the Site of Grace, clear the entire village, and reset. A full clear takes 3–4 minutes once you get into a rhythm.

Are They Worth the Effort?

From a purely combat perspective, both weapons are more style than substance. The Celebrant's Rib-Rake has limited utility in late-game PvE or PvP, and the Celebrant's Sickle is easily outclassed by other bleed weapons. However, if you're a collector or roleplayer, these weapons are must-haves. Their sheer rarity makes them stand out, and few other Tarnished will wield them in battle.

Farming the Celebrant's Rib-Rake and Celebrant's Sickle is a true test of patience in Elden Ring, but for many dedicated players, the satisfaction of obtaining these ultra-rare weapons is well worth the grind. Whether you're a completionist or a fan of obscure gear, Dominula, Windmill Village is calling. Just be ready for a lot of dancing... and a lot of resets.

If you're on the hunt for other rare drops in Elden Ring, don't forget to check nearby enemy variants — the Lands Between is full of secrets hiding in plain sight.
